Moving to the U.S. has been a transformative experience for Nagham, helping her grow both personally and professionally.

Living independently has taught Nagham valuable problem-solving skills and adaptability, while engaging with ASU’s diverse community has broadened her worldview and strengthened her communication and leadership abilities.

Through programs like the Grand Challenges Scholars Program (GCSP) and Engineering Projects in Community Service (EPICS), she has gained practical experience in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems. Her role at the International Students and Scholars Center has further enhanced her organisational and teamwork skills.

In the future, Nagham hopes to use the knowledge and experiences she’s gained to drive technological innovation and create a positive impact in Palestine and beyond.
