Born in Malaysia, Johor Bharu, Farhan studied Chemical Engineering at Universiti Malaya.

Farhan is interested in the vast range of subjects that studying Chemical Engineering at university will introduce him to but also in the diverse job prospects and bright future he sees at the end of it.

In his free time, Farhan enjoys cooking with his sister, experimenting with interesting recipes he sees on social media. He also enjoys reading and watching videos online, as well as going to see films with family and friends.

In choosing University Malaya, Farhan has started his studies at a top university with his university and course ranked highly respectively. He was attracted to University Malaya for this reason and wanted to pursue his higher education at a prestigious institution.

In the future after finishing his degree, Farhan would like to work as a chemical engineer and gain some relevant work experience. He would also hopefully like to pursue a Master’s degree in a course that he loves. Farhan is highly motivated towards higher education and is interested in grabbing all and any opportunities, including a PhD in the future. After finishing his studies, Farhan would love to work in a chemical company and is interested in opening his own business in the chemical industry.
