Bseisu-British Council ‘HESPAL’ Scholarship

The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. It aims to build connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and other countries through arts and culture, education and the English language.
The Higher Education Scholarships for Palestinians (HESPAL) aims to create the next generation of senior academics who can maintain international quality standards at Palestinian universities and develop renewed and sustainable links between Palestinian and UK universities.
HESPAL supports Palestinian master’s & PhD scholars to study at top universities in the UK with fully funded scholarships, including a tuition fee waiver and living expenses.

The Bseisu-British Council ‘HESPAL’ Scholarship is open to two students per year.
Eligible students will be:
Pursuing a STEM Masters course at a top UK university.
From Palestine
Please note that although HESPAL supports both Masters and PhD scholars, the Bseisu-HESPAL scholarship only supports those embarking on a Masters degree.
