Masters Funding ‘23

UK Masters Scholarships for International Students from Palestine, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon

The majority of our scholarships support Masters students at UK universities to students who fit the following eligibility criteria.

We do not accept individual applications for scholarships. Eligible applicants should instead apply to their university as normal, or directly to the chosen organisation and the Bseisu Foundation will liaise with the partnering body based on our existing scholarship programmes.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must permanently reside in and hold Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian or Jordanian Nationality.

  • Priority will be given to candidates applying for STEM subjects. Applicants will preferably have two year’s work experience relevant to their field of study.

  • Studying a master’s course at a UK university

  • Candidates must have already obtained admission for a undergraduate or masters course at a UK university. Please note, our scholarships do not cover Foundation years.

The Bseisu Foundation primarily supports postgraduate study through masters scholarships with a focus on STEM. Please find a list of our available scholarships here. However, if you are looking for funding but are not eligible for a Bseisu Award, you may find one of the scholarships below useful in your search.

Visit this website to look for postgraduate funding opportunities. It works as a search function and may be helpful in finding you a bursary opportunity, or shorter term funding like a one-off grant.

In addition, many universities provide scholarships or smaller bursaries/grants to international students. If you are interested in attending a specific university, make sure to look through the scholarship and funding pages on the university website as this list is not exhaustive and we have been unable to list every bursary or scholarship but have tried to give you a few ideas about available funding.

We hope the information we have collected is useful to you!! Universities are listed below in alphabetical order.

If you have any specific questions about our eligibility criteria or application process, please visit our FAQs page.
